Peak periods may extend delivery times. TRACKING YOUR ORDER You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use our Track Order page to monitor your package. Updates may take 24-48 hours to appear. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with evidence. We will work to resolve the issue. IMPORT DUTIES & VAT For orders under £135, VAT is included. For orders over £135, you may be charged import duties and VAT upon delivery. ADDRESS ACCURACY You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses are your responsibility.
