Returns & Refunds Policy - Last updated: August 2026 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. RETURN PROCESS 1. Contact us at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason. 2. We will provide a return shipping address. 3. Ship the item back at your own expense (unless defective). 4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days. REFUND TIMELINE Refunds are issued within 14 business days of inspection. Allow 5-10 additional business days for funds to appear in your account. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Items cannot be returned if: without original packaging, showing signs of use, customised, or not complying with import regulations. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days with photos and description. We will offer replacement or refund.
